Webrun: Call It a Comeback

November 27, 2011

Yesterday's game was a fitting end to a roller coaster season for the Pack.

State dug itself a 27-point hole before coming back with 42 unanswered points to beat Maryland and become bowl eligible.

It was the largest comeback in school history and the second largest comeback in ACC history. There were bowl representatives from the Chic-Fil-A, Belk and Independence bowls in attendance.  Right now it looks like the Belk Bowl in Charlotte is the most likely destination.
