  • This one stings perhaps worse than any other the other three losses. It was State’s last chance–and perhaps best–to record an out-of-conference win against a name opponent. Out of State’s four “name” opponents, this was the only one the Pack faced on its homecourt, and still State came up short.
  • CJ Leslie picked a bad game to have the worst shooting game he’ll ever have.
  • State had a commanding edge after the first half on the boards and the offensive glass in particular, but despite tons of chances, the Pack rarely cashed in those extra opportunities for buckets. As poorly as State shot the ball, the offensive boards led mostly to additional misses.
  • Having not ventured over to the Monkey Boards, I can only imagine the drumbeats are starting to get rather loud…0-4 in the four most critical games of the non-conference season will. Not. Get. It. Done.
  • Tracy Smith: PLEASE GET WELL SOON.
